Bidirectional synchronization between sap erp and c4c accounts and Contacts

Account and contact are the only primary data types in c4c that support bidirectional synchronization with ERP.

Create an account in c4c: shortname Electronics

Save the account in c4c, automatically synchronize it to ERP, and generate an account in ERP. Then maintain the sales area data for this account in ERP, including sales organization, distribution channel and Division:

The account ID automatically generated by ERP is displayed as the external key in c4c:

The sales area data of ERP appears on the sales data tab of c4c Ti page:

Create a new contact in c4c:

The newly created Contact appears in ERP:

Create a contact in the ERP system:

This contact also appears in the c4c system:
