1. run bitcomet 0.57 and open the "option" column of bitcomet, click "network connection" in the first column to adjust the global maximum download speed to 1000 (1000 of users under 2 Mb is an unattainable number, so it is feasible ). TIPS:

2. the upload speed should not be too restrictive. Some people only upload 1 K, which is not scientific. This speed will not affect your download speed.
