7) Use your browser to test whether the Internet can be accessed. If yes, congratulations, it has been activated. If not, reset the firewall and repeat 6,

8) after activation, delete the ippp item of servciebook Li (for third-party software such as QQ ). In addition, fill in the APN: cmwap (ensure that the traffic is WAP, not cmnet, otherwise the money will flow ). OK, manual.

Error. Many people have seen this error on the Internet. I can feel the pain of this error when I try to brush the machine back and forth, so I also share my experience (in fact, I have summarized the tutorials of several people ):

1. servicebook must be usable. How can we determine it? Generally, there is a test address. Open the test address first. If the address can be successfully opened, it indicates that the MDS server is stable. I use the address in Hangzhou. Servicebook_hz_swjt.ipd. 2. I also said on the Internet that I want to make sure that the SIM card has activated cmnet and cmwap. I don't know what's going on. I asked 10086, and she said that the current GPRS is no longer cmnet or cmwap. So I ignored it.

3. My new qingqing campus card in Tianjin contains a mobile traffic standard package. Although this package exists, it seems that the service is to be activated. I have activated this package in the mobile online business office. This adjustment is the same as the servicebook in key 1, so I am not sure whether this will affect it. Because the flash is waiting for a long time, I didn't try again.

4. Later, I found another way to activate the Internet without using third-party software, that is, after the servicebook is imported, the browser also recovers. The ippp is also undeleted, and then the "certificate" option in the security option is included. Check that there is a "Question mark" certificate at the bottom (forgot the name, for example, Securit Service), select "get status", then "TBD"-Then "sending"-"sent waiting for response ", if you see "sent and waiting for response", it means OK. If not, there will be "I/O communication errors ", it may be because the MDS server is unstable or has crashed. Consider changing the servicebook. If this error does not exist, repeat the "get status" step until the "sent waiting for response" status is obtained.
