I went to the bookstore again yesterday. As usual, I finally had not resisted the temptation. I purchased an English-Chinese dictionary edited by Mr. Lu Gu sun.
The main reason for purchasing this book is that Li xiaolai once recommended it, the secondary reason is that I still want to buy a large English dictionary-because I still cannot find some words in the Oxford Dictionary 6/E, and I cannot find them in Collins dictionary.
After I bought it, I turned it back and felt sorry. This dictionary is not suitable for me. The reason is as follows:
1. This dictionary has no English meaning-some words cannot be clearly interpreted using n Chinese characters and can be easily understood using simple English words.
2. This dictionary provides too little pragmatic information-it cannot be regarded as a "learning-type" dictionary.
This book reminds me of the following:
1. We always blindly believe in those scholars and celebrities, and feel that we are certainly good to ourselves for good things of others. The same thing is useful to others, but not to you. Others' experiences and values only have reference values. You still need to "think independently ".
2. I just [use] English, not [Study] English.
