Change to the following method:

Method 1:
Drop table temp
Create table temp as select * from zp @ dblink1 where a1 = '002 ';
Select * from temp;

Method 2:

Create global temporary table temp on commit delete rows as select * from zp @ zhplink where 1 = 2;
Create table temp2 as select * from temp where 1 = 2;

-- Insert can be executed multiple times

Insert into temp select * from zp @ zhplink where gmsfhm = '000000 ';
Insert into temp2 select * from temp;

Select * from temp2;
