Blue screen panic occurs when using IE9

Currently there are two solutions, one is to remove the KB2670838 update, the other is to temporarily turn off the GPU hardware acceleration of IE9, and then wait for Microsoft to release a complete solution.

It is recommended that you use the second method, because if you want to upgrade to IE10, KB2670838 is a patch that must be installed.

To remove the KB2670838 update steps:

Open "Uninstall program" under Control Panel, click on the leftmost "View installed Updates", find KB2670838, double-click to uninstall.

To disable the IE9 GPU hardware acceleration operation steps:

Open Internet options, switch to the advanced option, find "Use software rendering without GPU rendering" in the list, and then tick the line, click OK, and close and reopen the browser.
