Bogus URL Svn:is not properly uri-encoded

Problem Description:

URLs copied from the address bar of the browser are placed in Eclipse's SVN plugin and the new repository location is always error-

Bogus URL svn: ********************** is not properly uri-encoded

Resolution: Because the browser copied out the URL is more "/!/#"

Just use the URL in the line.
