Read the 14th chapter of the Law of construction today, this chapter is about quality assurance.

Software quality = Program Quality + Software engineering quality

The quality of the program is reflected in the quality of the software external function. To measure the quality of the procedure, the basic judgment can be judged by "yes | no".

The quality of software engineering is related to "fast" and "province", which are mainly embodied in the following aspects:

1. Visibility of the software development process

2. Risk control in the software development process

3. Software internal modules, quality of delivery in the intermediate phases of the project, factors in project management tools

4. Software Development Cost Control

5. Completion of internal quality indicators

Method of measuring software engineering quality--CMMI (integration of Capability Maturity Model)

First level: initial level. At this level, the objectives of the enterprise project are achieved. However, due to the completion of the task with great contingency, the enterprise can not guarantee that the implementation of similar projects will still be able to complete the task. The project implementation of the enterprise at this level has a great dependence on the implementation personnel.

Level two: management level. At the level of management, the enterprise can abide by the established plan and process in the project implementation, have the resources preparation, the responsibility to the person, the relevant project implementation personnel have the corresponding training, the entire process has the monitoring and control, and the Joint Superior Unit to review the project and the process. In the second level, the Enterprise embodies a series of management procedures for the project. This series of management means to complete the task quality of randomness, to ensure that all project implementation of the enterprise will be successful.

Level Three: explicit (defined) level. At the level of the definition level, the enterprise not only can have a set of management measures for the implementation of the project, but also guarantee the completion of the project, and the enterprise can institutionalize the management system and process according to its own special situation and standard process. In this way, enterprises can not only successfully implement CMMI on similar projects, but also successfully implement them on different kinds of projects.

Level four: Quantitative management level. In the quantitative management level, the enterprise project management not only formed a system, but also to achieve digital management. Through the quantitative technology to achieve the stability of the process, to achieve the accuracy of management, reduce the quality of project implementation fluctuations.

Level five: Optimization level. At the level of optimization level, the enterprise project management reached the highest realm. The enterprise can not only realize the management of the project through Informationization and digitization, but also can make full use of the information material, and prevent the defects that the enterprise may appear in the project implementation process. Enterprises can actively cover the process, the use of new technology, to achieve process optimization.

There are two different ways to implement CMMI:

1. Continuous: The main measure of an enterprise in a project management ability.

2. Stage: Mainly measure the maturity of an enterprise.
