Software quality = Program Quality + Software engineering quality

Method of measuring software engineering quality--CMMI (integration of Capability Maturity Model)

Level Three: explicit (defined) level. Level five: Optimization level. At the level of optimization level, the enterprise project management reached the highest realm. The enterprise can not only realize the management of the project through Informationization and digitization, but also can make full use of the information material, and prevent the defects that the enterprise may appear in the project implementation process. Enterprises can actively cover the process, the use of new technology, to achieve process optimization.
