Bootstrap JS plugin pop-up box (PopOver)

Data-toggle= "PopOver"--Enables the popup box to toggle the state;

title--set the caption of the popup box;

data-content--set the content part of the popup box;

data-placement--set the orientation of the popover (top, left, right, bottom, default to right);

Data-trigger= "Focus"--set the focus event so that the user can toggle the status by clicking on the blank space;
