Brief Analysis on the bottleneck of 200 slow online users on the Tongda OA access server
Today, a friend in the Tongda OA Technology Exchange Group raised the issue that when the number of servers reaches 200, the speed will slow down. Some related analysis methods and experiences have been obtained through discussion in the Group. Here we record them for further research.
OA version: 2010
Hardware configuration: IBM 3650 M4, 2 CPU, 16 GB memory
Windows Server 2008
Main application module: email. Other modules are not enabled. MB mailbox space is allocated to each user. The mailbox space of some users is not limited.
Symptom: when the number of online users reaches 200, the usage slows down.
Some basic information above is obtained through inquiry. After inquiry, the CPU and memory usage is not high, the CPU usage is 1%, the memory is 2 GB, and there is a lot of margin available, it should not be a hardware problem.
Check that the space occupied by OA is a capacity base of 27 GB. There is not much content. If these are basically emails, the mail is actually used a lot. In addition, the mailbox is generally retained for about one month, so the amount of mail is even more predictable.
After discussion, two solutions are provided:
One is to clear emails regularly, and the other is to check the apache parameters.
If you do not use other modules, you can try upgrading to 2013adv. After all, the database structure is optimized several years ago.
