IOS is an operating system developed by Apple for iPhone. It is mainly used for iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, and Apple TV. Like its Mac OS X operating system, it is also based on Darwin. The system was originally named iPhone OS and was renamed iOS at the June 7, 2010 WWDC conference.

The system architecture of iOS is divided into four layers: Core operating system layer the Core OS layer), Core service layer the Core Services layer), and Media layer the Media layer ), the Cocoa Touch layer ). System Operations occupy approximately MB of storage space.

1. iOS user interface:

The concept of the iOS user interface is based on the ability to use multi-touch direct operations. The control methods include slide, touch switch, and button. Interaction with the system includes sliding Swiping), Tapping), squeezing Pinching), and rotating Reverse Pinching ). In addition, its built-in accelerator allows its rotating device to change its Y axis to change the screen direction, making the iPhone easier to use.

There is a home button at the bottom of the screen, and the dock at the bottom. The icons of the four most frequently used programs are fixed on the dock. There is a status bar at the top of the screen to display some relevant data, such as time, battery and signal strength. Other screens are used to display the current application. The only way to start an iPhone application is to click the program icon on the current screen, and to exit the application is to press the home key at the bottom of the screen. After a third-party software exits, it is directly disabled, but in iPhone 3.0 and later versions, when the third-party software receives new information, the Apple Server will push these notifications to the iPhone or iPod Touch, whether or not it is running ). On the iPhone, many applications are related, so that different applications can share the same information. For example, when you receive a short message containing a phone number, you can choose to save the phone number as a contact or directly select the phone number to make a call ).
