Broadband Connection not open solution

Today, when I turned on the computer, I ran into a strange problem, when I clicked on the broadband connection on the desktop, there was no response, so I clicked on it many times or couldn't open it. The method is to create a new text document, copy the content below, and save it. Then go to "Tools"-"Folder Options"-"view", remove the "hide the extension of known files" before the check, OK. The new text document appears with the extension ". txt", and the extension is changed to ". Reg". Double-click on the new file, and then see your shortcut, all OK.
