When you run the Visual Studio 6.0 installer, you may receive the following error message:
The installer cannot create a DCOM user account to register <path> \ valec.exe
This first error message may be followed by two messages, indicating that the installation program failed.
The cause is visualstudioanalyzer, Which is Visual Studio 6.0. One of the products in enterpriseedition cannot create a local user account. It needs to run to the user security policy for Windows 2000 due to changes.
Solution re-install Visual Studio 6.0 without Visual Studio analyzer javasiseedition:
