　Three. Test the network connection

The next work is specific networking work, including physical connectivity and peer interconnection of computer operating systems. It's easy to tell whether your computer is physically connected or not: Check the indicator light on the network card or the corresponding LEDs on the hub. A green light on the general NIC indicates network connectivity.

　　Four. Set up your computer and router connection.

If the test network connection is not a problem, the entire network can not be operated, but also for each computer network configuration.

Step 4. Set up your network Places. Open the "Identity" tab in the Network dialog box, which is where you name the machine and divide the workgroup. Fill in the computer name with the computer's network name, and the other person can access your machine in My Network Places, and then fill in the workgroup name in the workgroup, and the workgroup name must be the same on the same LAN.

Now detect if the network is connected. Double-clicking My Network Places on the Windows desktop, if you see yourself and other computer names in an open window, indicates that the networks are connected. This will enable the sharing of data files between computers in the network.

Step 1. Check that the network is physically connected.

Step 2. If you just can't see your native name, check if you have added the file and Printer sharing service.

Step 3. If you are the only one in your network Neighborhood, first make sure that network physics is connected, and then check that the workgroup name is consistent with other computers.

Step 4. If you do not see anything, it may be the network card Setup problem, re-check the network card settings, or change a network card to try.

Step 5. Use the network detection tool such as ping, tracert to diagnose the network's line is normal.

　　Six. Connect to the Internet.

If you use a hub, to set up a computer as a gateway server, after dialing the internet, other local area networks can share the machine's dial-up connection. Sharing the Internet requires the installation of the TCP/IP protocol and the installation of Agent services software in the gateway server for all Internet-connected machines.
