1. Under EclipseLoad
To the site: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/, because we are using Java Development so the steps are as follows:
2. Install ADT
ADT is the development environment for Android applications
Online installation, there was an offline installation, but I tried to download this offline installation package but did not find the download location, so here I mainly introduce how to install online.
III.SetSet ADT
If you can see the Android tag in the Refactor on the menu bar, the ADT is successfully installed.
1. Download the Android SDK
Open Website: http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html select Mac OS X (intel) SDK version for download (because my pro is intel's i5 processor)
2. Install the Android SDK
The downloaded Mac SDK file is: “android-sdk-mac_x86.rar. decompress the file and run tools/Android, in the pop-up Android SDK and AVD Manager dialog box, select Installed packages on the left, and the Installed SDK is displayed on the right, click "Update All" below and then download and install All Android SDK versions.
Then, in the menu bar Eclipse-> Preferences (Preferences), a Preferences dialog box will pop up, select Android, and fill in the downloaded SDK path in SDK Loaction or click Browser on the right to select.
3 generate a simulator
In the menu bar Window-> Android SDK and AVD Manger, a dialog box is displayed. In the dialog box, select new to create a new simulator as needed. This is done!
