Build the testlink environment (for Dummies)

Testlink?

Testlink is a Web-based test case management system. It mainly serves to create, manage, and execute test cases, and provides some simple statistical functions.

Preparations:

Vertrigoserv 2.24: Vertrigoserv is an integrated webserver similar to appserv. My name is a silly integrated environment package.

Installation steps:
