Build the OpenGL environment for Visual Studio and Freeglut, Glew

Freeglut after downloading the extract, you can find the VS project file, open and then use the release configuration to generate Lib

Glew downloaded after the decompression, there is a compiled Lib

Open the VS installation directory, in the VC directory, the two libraries include the GL folder are copied to the include here, the Lib files are copied into the Lib

Then create vs project to directly call Freeglut and Glew header files and libraries, no additional configuration required
