3. Then go to" Administrative Tools "in Control Panel, select Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager,
at this point, go to the IIS Server console
at this point, an IIS server is ready to be built. 4. Now you can browse to some static Web pages in the local folder under the C:\inetpub\wwwroot directory (the following section of the Web site with the database). For example, if you enter" Http://192.168.177.100/"(local IP address) in the browser, you can access c:\inetpub\wwwroot directory iisstart.htm
Note If you want to visit the site with a mobile phone you must be PC and mobile under the LAN.
