Recently, I have to configure a server because I want to develop a small software. Because I used Sina's SAE before, after all, all the things I made at school are demo-level, and Sina's free junk stuff will be used together.

On Sina SAES, I have been busy for a whole day and a half. When I was about to solve the problem, I reported the error "Can not open connection" and couldn't open the database. I didn't have any problems in the local environment. It was because of the packet problem that I was busy from last night to AM, and then from AM to AM, if the eggs are broken to the ground, they still cannot be solved. Forget it and give up.

I suddenly remembered Huawei's one-month server that I used to buy for nine yuan. It was really cheap, and I didn't go into the Linux system for a 1-Core 1 GB server. Today, I log on to Huawei's cloud system again and see that I have paid 200 yuan. Well, I started to study how to build Huawei's ECS.

I chose elastic cloud, that is, I bought it as needed, 0.56 yuan/hour. I didn't think it was expensive at first. Later I saw more than 13 yuan a day, and more than 400 yuan a month. It was really expensive. If you have long-term requirements, do not select elastic cloud. I thought it would not be billed if the elastic cloud was shut down. Who knows that you only need to delete the host, that is, to clear all your data, no fees.

My goal is to deploy a Tomcat web project to the server. Steps:

1. Use the windows Remote Desktop to log on to the server based on the user name and password. It is a virtual machine.

2. install tomcat and mysql (mysql must allow remote login and Set permissions)

3. On hichina, my domain name www.lipyi.com is bound to the public IP address of my server.
