Use DOS commands and Excel to complete

The first step, make a batch process, the file name in a folder (such as the photo name) is displayed in the spreadsheet. Copy the content between the lines below into Notepad and save as a batch file with the extension ". Bat":

After the file name is listed, copy and paste it into the new spreadsheet for next steps.
Note: The file name listed with the extension, you can use "Find, replace" as "empty" way to remove the extension.
First-Find, enter the quotation marks (extension) ". jpg", then point-replace, then direct-replace all.
The second step, batch batch modified photo name:
In the Excel table, there are photo numbers and corresponding ID numbers and they correspond to the correct, using this table to the photo number named photos in bulk modified to the corresponding ID number.
Method One:
Cell A1 is the column heading "Photo Number", for example Picture001, in A2 cell;
Cell B1 is the column heading "Social Security Number", for example 412829199909018432, in cell B2;
Cell F3 is the photo extension ". jpg".

Description
"REN" means "renaming";
"&" means merge connection;
"f$3" means absolute reference to the 3rd row of data in column F.
Method Two:
You can not represent cell F3 for the extension. With formula: (= "REN" & "" &A2& ". jpg" & "&B2&". jpg ")
Enter or paste the original photo name (without the extension) into the cell A2 and below, and enter or paste the ID number into the cell B2 and below. In column C, drag the fill handle from the C2 cell to the desired row, copy the fill, and then copy the C column data and paste it into Notepad, Save as Ren.bat batch file to the folder (directory) where the photo is located, and double-click to run Ren.bat.
