40 pictures were inserted in the WPS text file to replace the 20 pictures.
Common methods are piecemeal replacement, a small number of pictures easy to achieve, a large number of replacement work can be imagined. Is there a simpler way? Of course, that is, the WPS text into a Web page format, using the generated pictures in the folder to replace the replacement of the bulk of the picture.
For better display of the substitution effect, omit the text section, which is only illustrated with a picture.
First, the WPS text into the Web page format.
Open the Tu41.wps file where you want to replace the picture. Click the file-Save As command to open the Save As dialog box, select Save the path, click the Drop-down button to the right of the Save type, select Page file (*.html;*.htm) in the Open Drop-down list, and modify the file name " tu41.html, click the Save command button to complete the save.
Open the folder where you saved the file and see a folder and a Web page format file appear in the folder.
The folder is stored in the WPS text file in the picture, automatically arranged in order, automatically named.
Open the Tu41.files folder, select the picture you want to replace Tu41-85.png, right-click the Rename command on the shortcut menu, and press the key combination CTRL + C to perform the copy operation. Open the folder named Replace, select the alternate picture 20.png, right-click the Rename command on the shortcut menu, press the key combination CTRL + V to perform the paste operation, and the picture 20 file name is modified to Tu41-85.png.
Similarly, rename the other 19 alternate replacement pictures in the Replace folder.
Note that the format must match, because the WPS text converted to PNG format, the replacement of the picture must use the PNG format, and the replacement of the picture name and the original picture file name.
After all the 20 pictures in "Replace" have been renamed, select the 20 pictures in the "Replace" folder, right-click the selected 20 pictures, and choose Copy from the shortcut menu. Then open the "Tu41.files" folder, right-click the white space, select the shortcut menu "Paste" command, pop-up "Confirm File Replacement" dialog box, appear as shown in the picture, click the "All" command button to complete the replacement of the picture
Right-click the tu41.html file, select Rename on the shortcut menu, modify the file name "Tu41.wps", enter the "Rename" dialog box, and prompt: "If you change the file extension, it may cause the file to be unavailable." Are you sure you want to modify it?, click the Yes command button to complete the rename.
The Rename warning dialog box pops up and prompts: If you rename the file, it will no longer belong to the folder ' Tu41.files '. To secure renaming, open the file, save it with a new name, and then delete the folder ' Tu41.files '. Do you want to rename the file?, click the Yes command button to complete the rename.
The file in the folder becomes the following format, "Tu41.files" has changed to "Tu41.wps", that is, the replacement has been completed.
Open the "tu41.wps" file, the user can see 20 pictures have been successfully replaced completed.
