A long time ago. An image processing project that uses OPENCV on the. NET platform, but because of the two more well-known libraries supported by C #, it is unavoidable to convert the mat objects between two libraries due to different encapsulation methods.

It also encapsulates some of the WPF System.Windows.Media.Imaging.BitmapSource to WinForm under System.Drawing.Bitmap method, also encapsulated two OpenCV library to BitmapSource method.

It has been verified that the problem of memory leaks has been resolved, and no new memory leaks have been identified, if any, please ask in my github issue.
