C # source code for recursive enumeration arrangement and combination

This is something I wrote with VS7 beta in 2001. Now it does not look very naive... The advantage is that it can still run :). When I see a friend on CSDN asking for the C # code, I am not simple or ugly. (Converted to VS03 project)
