Website mode is codefile= "Default.aspx.cs", Project mode is codebehind= "Default.aspx.cs" inherites= "", compiled out bin is the project name. dll.

I prefer the project way and look neat. After compiling, the bin and file copy out, delete the *.cs code file is not copied to the customer, delete the PDB file in the bin, on the line.
