1. Monitor windows operating systems

1) install "Simple Network Management Protocol"

This protocol is not installed on windows by default, so we must install this Protocol first. The installation procedure is as follows:

Open Control Panel-> add and delete programs-> Add/delete windows components, as shown below

Double-click management and monitoring tools. The following dialog box is displayed.

Click "Simple Network Management Protocol" and add the windows system disk to the optical drive. Click Next until the task is completed.

2) Configure related service options.

Enter services. msc in "start"-> "run", open the Control Platform of service management, and find the snmp service to open

Write the IP address of the cacti monitoring server to the snmp packet of the accepted host.

3) set cacti

On the console tab, choose "Management"> "Devices" and select "Add". Enter some information you have set in windows. For example:
