0 Introduction
With the more and more extensive application of two-pass cartridge valve control technology, the design of cartridge valve hydraulic manifold block has been paid more and more attention. Because of the structural particularity of cartridge valve components and the complexity of the inner channel connectivity of the integrated block, the design of the integrated block is quite difficult, which is quite time-consuming and error prone. Therefore, the use of CAD technology and methods in the design process has become an inevitable choice in the industry. But at present, the research of hydraulic integrated block CAD in China and abroad is mainly focused on drawing the schematic diagram, in the aspects of channel checking and two-dimensional engineering drawing output, the automatic optimization design of component layout and channel connectivity in hydraulic integrated block is seldom involved, and most of the research is focused on plate valve, which is rare for cartridge valve.
At the same time, with the continuous development and upgrade of CAD software, methods and tools, it also provides more favorable external software support for the CAD design of hydraulic integrated block. Under this new situation, in this paper, the CAD design method of cartridge valve integrated block is studied deeply, the structure feature of cartridge valve and the design method of integrated block are analyzed comprehensively, and a CAD design method of cartridge valve integrated block based on function block and layered design is put forward, which bases on modern design theory and method.
1 cartridge valve structure and design method of integrated block
Structural characteristics of 1.1 cartridge valves
The two-pass cartridge valve is composed of inserting parts, control cover plate, pilot control valve and integrated block body. Wherein the insert is seated in the integrated block body, the integrated block is not only the valve body of the cartridge valve, but also the carrier of all the inserting parts in the system. Compared with the ordinary plate valve, because of the particularity of the cartridge valve structure, the design problem of cartridge valve integrated block is more complicated, which is mainly manifested in the following aspects:
(1) The two-pass cartridge valve adopts the seat valve structure of inserting type, the whole inserting piece is seated inside the integrated block, the channel is a ladder hole composed of several steps, meanwhile, the step hole of the two-way cartridge valve is provided with a lateral channel, and the direction of the channel can only be determined by the position of the plug valve which is connected with it, and the direction of the channel is not qualitative.
(2) cartridge valve system in the control of the oil road is very complex, if only according to the straight hole mode of connectivity will greatly increase the number of process holes, affecting the performance of the integrated block, so in the case of processing conditions, in order to reduce the number of process holes, according to the design needs to be appropriate to use the oblique hole to connect.
(3) The control resistance of cartridge valve adopts the structure of independent separation of valve port, and the number of components in hydraulic system of cartridge valve increases greatly. Generally speaking, the control function of a common plate valve needs two or four or more cartridge valves to realize, which greatly increases the workload of the integrated block component layout design.
Analysis of CAD method for 1.2 set block design
There are two main methods to summarize the CAD design of Integrated block at present:
(1) According to the component information provided by the hydraulic system and the connected information between the components, the automatic distribution of the components and the automatic communication between the channels are realized, and the three-dimensional or two-dimensional drawings of the integrated block are generated directly.
(2) According to the principle of the system based on the designer's brain thinking and design experience to determine the integration of Integrated block plan, determine the location of components, and then use the computer to check the security of the tunnel, the integration block CAD design.
In both of these methods, the first method has a high degree of automation, based on the theory of intelligent optimization design, the automatic layout and hole of integrated block are realized by computer, and the optimal design of integrated block volume, process hole number and shortest channel path is achieved, but due to the inconsistency of actual working environment and assembly environment of each hydraulic system, It is difficult to incorporate it into the optimization design module, and the designer should Chanchan the optimized design result according to the system working condition until the design requirements are met. The second method of component layout and channel connectivity by the designer according to experience design, although it can meet the system's actual work and assembly environment needs, but the lack of optimization calculation, only the channel connectivity security check, the design results are only feasible, difficult to achieve optimal, and the cartridge valve integration The layout of all components and the design of the channel connectivity are all made by the designer with brain thinking and experience, which greatly increases the workload of people's design, and the design is difficult and inefficient.
For the two-way cartridge valve, because of its special structure and greatly increase the number of components, if the first method to design, can be optimized design, but also will greatly increase the design workload, but also need to optimize the design of the results of the Chanchan. If the second method is adopted, the design is low in automation, and the designer's design workload is high and the efficiency is low. In this paper, according to the structural characteristics of cartridge valve, combined with the advantages of the above design method, a CAD design method for cartridge valve integrated block is proposed, which is based on functional block and layered design, and the method is discussed and analyzed.
