Can I turn on smarty in thinkphp to use the default template layout?

I opened both smarty and layout in the config file.
But my template does not render properly, only the contents of the controller display on the page.
And when I close the smarty after rendering normal, I ask the template layout and smarty can not be used together, or my method has a problem!!?

Thinkphp comes with a template engine to use layout
Smarty has the corresponding include solution
