Can you write a program on surface?

I am a PHP programmer, do the website,

Must be write program write addiction, anyway with tablet computer or what also want to write program.
It's not fun to play games and watch movies.
But Android ipad or something, can't be used for website development.
Don't know if you can do it on surface?

Who says the ipad can't be used for website development ah ... ipad Jailbreak after the installation of a lighttpd/php or something, no pressure. GCC or something, it's no problem, like Ctags, I compiled it myself. As long as it is not too low, the problem is not big.
