Cannot connect to an analysis services named instance after installing SQL Server Express

I got an error message when I try to connect SQL Server 2005 Analysis Service:

Cannot connect to ericz \ sqldev.
------------------------------
Additional information:
A connection cannot be made to redirector. Ensure that 'SQL browser' service is running. (Microsoft. analysisservices. adomdclient)
------------------------------
No connection cocould be made because the target machine actively refused it (system)

This problem occurs when I Install SQL Server 2005 Developer Edition and then Install SQL Server Express on my Windows XP box. In this case, I cannot connect to as any more.

The workaround is
1. Locate the following folder:
C: \ Program Files \ Microsoft SQL Server \ 90 \ shared \ asconfig
2. delete all the files in the folder.
3. Restart SQL Server Browser.
4. Restart SQL Server anaysis service.
