Workaround: Run the vs2005 command line (start, All Programs, vs2005, tools, not written correctly), and then find. net2.0 path, mine is in C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\ v2.0.50727, then run aspnet_regiis.exe/i, OK.
