(This is the most important education I received before becoming a student, and this is also the most critical transformation from a student to the workplace)

3. You don't need to know what your colleagues are doing in a day.Although many vocational education schools allow you to understand this point as soon as possible, because the work of each of us is not fixed, and different projects do different things every day, for example, my daily coffee time may vary depending on how busy I am, and you know this is useless. Whenever I am asked by many students via emails, I very much hope that you can go home and read your resume.

5. If you have nothing to do today, take a look at the business-related websites and learn from their predecessors.. Any small job has deep water and there is no end to learning. Don't chat with other interns, just as if they were at the zhuantang party. Don't be bored with chatting, bumping, and gossip on the Internet. This can be done in a comfortable bed in the dormitory, and you don't have to come to the company far away. (I used to be a zhuantang)

6. Be sure to think about how to reflect your own value, not just the effort-consuming work.Students with internship experience will surely find that interns always feel tired of working, and the more formal employees arrive at the senior level, the easier they seem to be. In fact, the hard work of the Senior Leadership is unexpected, but the senior leadership will manage their own time and various things, rather than being crazy as you are always. What the Senior Leadership shows is not easy, but orderly. (I think this is very important. It took me a year to realize this problem. I hope you can understand it earlier .)

7. Please do not ask me why I should continue to do the job because my salary is not high here, why not take the test for others or help others collect books.I just want to say that growth is more important than success, not to mention that it is not a success if you have money for the time being.

8. Do not ask me what PR is and what is the difference with advertising after expressing my love for PR to me.Please google it on Baidu. If you want to ask, you have some depth. If you ask this question, don't blame me for ignoring you.

9. You can wear flowers and plants, or laugh at the flowers and plants, but please do not show your way in the company.

10. Please do not decide whether to stay or not based on the salary level, unless this place really cannot guarantee your food and clothing problem.The first three years are accumulation and accumulation, rather than demand income. The deeper you go, the more you will know that you are a cabbage that you don't understand. You may feel that you have been mistakenly recruited. (I often take food to this point)

11. If you have any problems at work, say "Don't keep your support" if you are too tired or have a heavy workload.Don't go home in the middle of the night and scold the company for being abnormal. Nobody knows you can't do it.

12. When my work is done at the company, an intern will not bring the work back to the dormitory for zhuangbility. It seems that your company will be ruined without it.Go back to school, read more, learn more professional courses, and play on holidays. Work and Life should be well balanced. If you don't have an internship, it will make your world messy. That is an incompetent performance.

13. Do not think about the company's interests with your own ideas. Do not think that being absent from the concert is conducive to the development of innovation capabilities. When I come back, I also say that my boss has fixed his mind and left his mind intact.Working hours are the time you have produced, not the time you have accumulated. What did you do when you went to school? Companies do not pay for your personal growth and learning. If you are smart, you should know how to make yourself grow and exercise at work.

14. Reading and reading many books and reading various books will allow you to grow up as soon as possible. You do not need to have a mature face, but you must have a mature heart.Do not think about some naive questions, such as why the company is not your ideal one after graduation.

15. The ability to learn is not equal to the ability to work. The ability to fight for intelligence in schools and in society is not equal to the ability to work.If your business is too low, go back to school and make up for a new lesson.

Note: You must maintain your personality. It is very important that you have only one person at any time and place. If the conflict is really strong, please at least maintain "externalization rather than Internalization", at least stick to something at the bottom of your heart.
