Solution Method:

Add parameters in Startup options:

Modify the/boot/grub/menu.lst file, at the start of the core kernel the line and finally add

Acpi=off noapic or Acpi=noapic or Acpi=off.

1) Acpi=off prohibits some power advanced management functions and has no effect on the application.

2) Noapic changed the mode of interruption, also has no effect on the application.

If your Linux system network card can not send and receive data, the disk array fiber card can not access the disk, the system startup times ACPI and then stop the error, you may try the above method, there will be unexpected effect Oh!
