Ccflow Excel Data Source Import DTL schedule How to do and template demo

CCBPM supports importing data from Excel to a DTL schedule (from a table).

Below, we use CC's Financial reimbursement demo process to explain the specific procedures and template design.

Import the manipulation steps:

1. After the process is initiated, import the data source in the Start node and click the Import button in the top left corner of the schedule:

The data in the schedule at this time is empty.

2. After the import and Export page is ejected, select a good template upload:

Note: after the template is done, must be stored in the root directory \ccflow\datauser\dtltemplete, otherwise, the upload will be an error, prompted to find this file.

3. Then select the Import method. CC offers two modes of import:

Empty: After emptying the data that exists in the schedule, add the data source in the template.

Append: The data in the additional template is added on top of the existing data in the schedule.

4. Click Import, if successful, prompt import successful, and DTL table automatically refresh, display the imported data.

Supported Excel formats: 97-2003

Design Essentials :

1. The first line must be a column name.

2. The column name must be the same as the Chinese name of the column name in the schedule.

3. The data in the template should be the same as the data type in the schedule. For example: Unit Price: 100, in the schedule is plastic, and in the template written in Chinese 100, this is not possible. There can be null values in the data source.

4. The template name must match the English table name of the schedule, not the same as the physical table name.

5. Try not to apply a table format.

6. If there is a drop-down box in the schedule, you cannot add data that does not exist in the drop-down box when you fill in the data.
