Paragraph style and character style Overview:

Paragraph styles and character styles can apply paragraphs, characters to change the appearance of text quickly and consistently. It's important to know how to modify an existing style or create our own personalized style, and we can also save the current paragraph style and character styles for next time. At the same time we can export, import paragraphs, character styles.

When we write text information, we can create different skins for different types of text and paragraphs. For example, we could have all the headings use the same font, color, and line spacing, or all the body content text to make it look the same.

Paragraph styles and character styles ensure that text content styles are uniformly structured. Celluloid's paragraph style and character styles fit into various styles for many types of documents.

New style: When a text box contains only one paragraph style font, click "Properties" > "Style" > click "+" below "paragraph style" or "character style" to save the paragraph property of the text to the paragraph style. When you have more than one paragraph style in a text box, double-click the text box to enter text editing mode, use the mouse box to select the paragraph style text you want to save, and click "+" under "paragraph Style" or "character style" to save you the paragraph style for the paragraph that contains the current box selection.

Delete style: You can select the style you want to delete, click the "-" button to delete the saved style, or you can move the mouse over the style you want to delete, right-click, and select "Delete Style" from the right button menu.

Reset style: To reset a style, you need to select a new text style in the page, move the mouse over the reset style, and select Reset Style in the right-click menu.

Paste using styles: When we save paragraphs and character styles in celluloid, we can use them to quickly adjust the text style.

1. To paste the style in paragraph styles to other text, you can select any number of characters in the text paragraph that will be pasted, and then click a style in paragraph style, and the paragraph style that we clicked will be pasted to the selected character and its paragraph.

2. To paste the style in character styles to another character, you need to select the character you want to paste, and then click the stored style in character style, which will be pasted into the text character you just selected in the box.

Import Style: We can export the finished paragraph style or character style to the template file for other people to use. Of course, we can also import other people's exported style template files. Click the Import button to select the style template file in the System folder. Click on "Open" to import styles.

Export style: First decide to import paragraph style or character style, and then click the Export button,

Type the name of the exported file and specify the export location, click Save.
