CentOS 6.4 on WPS New document error symbol lookup error:/opt/kingsoft/wps-office/office6/libftex.so:undefined symbol:ft_reference_ Face Solutions

Problem: This is because WPS requires an updated version of the FreeType library

Solution:

1. First download the new version of LIB, download the address: ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/fedora/linux/updates/17/x86_64/freetype-2.4.8-4.fc17.i686.rpm

2. Extract the RPM package

Rpm2cpio freetype-2.4.8-4.fc17.i686.rpm |CPIO-IDMV

3. Copy decompression directory usr/lib/libfreetype.so.6.8.0 to WPS installation directory "/opt/kingsoft/wps-office/office6"

4. Enter the "/opt/kingsoft/wps-office/office6/" directory to create soft links

sudo ln-s libfreetype.so.6.8.0 libfreetype.so.6

5. Edit the/usr/bin/wps file, in which the start section is added like the downlink

Export Ld_library_path=/opt/kingsoft/wps-office/office6:${ld_library_path}

Then you start WPS and you can create a new document.
