CentOS 7.2 Install MySQL modify initial password

#/etc/init.d/mysqld Stop

# Mysqld_safe--user=mysql--skip-grant-tables--skip-networking &
# mysql-u root MySQL "This step into the MySQL database into the database followed by ② operation"

① { mysql> UPDATE user SET Password=password (' NewPassword ') where user= ' root ';
mysql> FLUSH privileges;
Mysql> quit}

#/etc/init.d/mysqld Restart
# mysql-uroot-p
Enter Password: < Enter the newly set password newpassword>
Mysql>

②mysql>update Mysql.user set authentication_string= password (' Guo ') WHERE user= ' root '; #更改密码为 Guo

Mysql>flush privileges; #更新权限

Mysql>quit #退出
Service MySQL Start
