Previously, the differences between runlevels have been introduced in the Centos (2) Non-graphic interface. This article is based on the runlevel setting error in the etcinittab. I used to run the machine in the 5 mode. Later I thought that the machine's performance was not good. So I want to run the machine in the 3 mode. After setting it, restart the machine. id: 3

I used to run the machine in the 5 mode. Later I thought the machine's performance was not good. So I considered using the 3 mode to run the machine. After setting the settings below, I restarted the machine,
Id: 3: initdefault:
After a while, you will find that the machine is not ready yet. The following page is displayed:
At the beginning, we didn't respond. Because it was a virtual machine, we restarted it again and found that it was still like this. I think it's strange.
Taking a closer look, the above interaction process found that the runlevel was 0.
Go to google and find that everyone is talking about it. Do not set the defaultrunlevel to 0 or 6. Otherwise, the machine will have an endless loop, but it does not say how to deal with it if it is already 0 or 6.
You can find a solution by yourself. Think of the previous repair process because grub was damaged. So I tried to fix it.
First, press "e" to enter the edit mode before starting the system.
Select the line of the kernel, and then press e,
Set the runlevel to 3 in the kernel and press enter to start the system,
This time we will find that it is started in 3 mode,
After entering the system in sequence, change the value of initdefault in/etc/inittab to 3,
Restart the system again.
