1. Download Oracle client on official website (login required)

http://download.oracle.com/otn/linux/instantclient/11204/oracle-instantclient11.2-basic-11.2.0.4.0-1.x86_64.rpm

http://download.oracle.com/otn/linux/instantclient/11204/oracle-instantclient11.2-sqlplus-11.2.0.4.0-1.x86_64.rpm

2. Upload the downloaded client to the CentOS server, where you can choose/OPT

3. Install the Package

Note: The default installation location is/usr/lib/oracle/11.2

4. Configure Environment variables

Vim./bash_profile

source./bash_profile

5, the new Tnsnames.ora in the tns_admin corresponding position

Mkdir-p/usr/lib/oracle/11.2/network/admin/tnsnames.ora

6. Access to remote Oracle

X, other access to remote Oracle mode
