CentOS Download MongoDB
1 wget https://fastdl.mongodb.org/linux/mongodb-linux-i686-3.0.1.tgz
Unzip and install MongoDB

Extract the downloaded files to/usr/local/mongodb and create the data/db and Data/log directories under/usr/local/mongodb to store the data and logs of MongoDB.

Set up MongoDB boot from boot

Edit/etc/rc.local File

1 vi /etc/2 #/usr/local/mongodb/bin/mongod--dbpath=/usr/local/mongodb/data/db--logpath= /usr/local/mongodb/data/log/mongodb.log--fork

Reboot the system and connect to MongoDB

1 #/usr/local/mongodb/bin/mongo
