After installing MRTG with Yum and setting it up, Apache httpd.conf is added to MRTG's catalogue, but HTTP://SERVER/MRTG has been 403 Forbidden.
There is no problem in httpd.conf how to see it, and then it is discovered that the kit will automatically install the mrtg.conf under the/etc/httpd/conf.d/. (This, though, is very good.)

After restarting httpd (service httpd restart), normal access is available.
