1. install dependency components
Yum install-y byacc flex libpcap-devel
2. download the source code and compile and install it.
Cd/tmp/src
Wget http://www.ex-parrot.com/pdw/iftop/download/iftop-0.17.tar.gz
Tar xvf iftop-0.17.tar.gz
Cd iftop-0.17/
./Configure -- prefix =/opt/iftop
Make
Make install
3. use
/Opt/iftop/sbin/iftop-I eth0-n to view the traffic status of the eth0 Nic.
