The solution is as follows:

First check the system which contains the MySQL string package, and then find the mysql-libs-5.1.61-4.el6.i686 of this package unmounted.

[Root @ localhost bin] # rpm-qa | grep-I mysql

Mysql-libs-5.1.61-4.el6.i686

MySQL-client-5.6.10-1.linux_glibc2.5.i386

[Root @ localhost bin] # rpm-ev -- nodeps mysql-libs-5.1.61-4.el6.i686.

Then run the installation command again:

[Root @ localhost bin] # rpm-ivh MySQL-server-5.6.10-1.linux_glibc2.5.i386.rpm
