View System Version

Cat/etc/redhat-release

Download the EPEL version corresponding to CentOS

Wget http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/i386/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm

Command to install the EPEL package

Rpm-ivh epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm

Yum command to check whether it is added to the source list

Yum repolist

Tens of thousands of software packages are provided, so EPEL has been installed on your CentOS.

The EPEL source configuration is installed/Etc/yum. repos. d/epel. repoFile
