CentOS6.4 Installation

Install or upgrade an existing system (Install or upgrade an existing system)

Install system with basic video driver (the basic graphics card driver is used during installation)

Rescue install system (go to system Repair Mode)

Boot from local drive (exit installation and start from hard disk)

Memory test (Memory detection)

Note: I chose the first item. It is said that some computers may encounter screen exceptions when selecting the first item. If any problem occurs, please select the second one.

Skip the media selection.

Click "next"

Select the required language and click "next". We recommend that you select English. Otherwise, some garbled characters may occur.

Select the keyboard layout (we use U. S. English) and click "next"

Basic Storage Devices (Basic Storage device)
Specialized Storage Devices (dedicated Storage device)
Select Basic Storage Devices and click next"

Ask if you want to ignore all the data. Select "Yes, discard any data" for the new computer installation system"

Hostname: Enter the host name ..

Click "Configure Network" for configuration. You can skip this step and click "next".

Select the time zone and click "next".

Set the root password

Select the installation function as needed. I just installed a basic system here.
