Everyone installs the CentOS is not exactly the same, such as I am all installed, natural Apache and HTTP are installed, then how to know if it has been installed?
Use the command rpm to find out.
#rpm-qa | grep Apache
If you come up with information about Apache, the instructions are installed.
#rmp-qa | grep http
For HTTP Services
See if the HTTPD service is started
#service httpd Status
If it is disabled, use the
#service httpd Start
Start the httpd service
At this point, open Firefox and enter localhost on the URL
Out page "This is the page used to ..." Instructions OK, for another machine enter the IP of the system
If the page doesn't come out, try turning off the firewall
#service iptables Stop
If you don't want to turn off firewalls
is written in/etc/sysconfig
-A input-m state--state new-m tcp-p TCP--drop 80-j ACCEPT
Restarting the server firewall
#service iptables Restart
This shows that Apache can be used on CentOS.
