In the Word2007 document, users can create multilevel numbered lists by changing the numbered list level to make the logical relationship of word numbered lists clearer, as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window and select the multilevel numbered list that you want to change the level. Click the number Drop-down triangle button or the Multilevel list button in the Paragraph group in the start Ribbon. Then point to the Change List level option in the numbered list panel that opens, and select the appropriate list level (such as Level 3), as shown in Figure 2009021701.

Tip: Only multilevel lists can change the list level, and if it is a bulleted or numbered list, you cannot use the Change list level option.
Step 2nd, repeat the steps above to change the list level of other numbers, and complete the more multilevel list as shown in Figure 2009021702.
