You can customize the Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 calendar to better suit your needs.
Change Time scale
By default, the calendar grid displays a time interval of 30 minutes. You can increase or decrease this interval.
In Calendar, right-click a blank area in the calendar grid.
Click More Settings.
Under days and weeks, in the timescale list, click the grid time interval that you want to appear in the calendar.
Default color
On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click Calendar Options.
Under Calendar options, in the Background color list, click the color that you want.
Comments
The selected colors apply to day and work week views. By default, the week and month views use gray and white system background colors.
The selected color will be applied to working hours. You can apply darker background colors to night and weekend times.
Change font
On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Other tab.
Click Advanced Options.
Under Appearance options, click Font.
Select the font and other options that you want.
Show week number
Displays the number of weeks in the Month view only.
On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click Calendar Options.
Select the show weeks in Month view and date selection check box.
Show week 38th.
Show week 39th.
Turn on or off the bold display date
In Calendar, on the View menu, point to Current View, and then click Customize Current View.
Click More Settings.
Under General settings, clear or select the date highlighted in the date selection to represent the date that contains the Item check box.
