In PASV mode in iis ftp, the default port range is 1024-65535, and the response is randomly selected during connection. If this value is not specified or is set to an empty string, the default value 1025-5000 specified by Winsock is used. If this attribute is specified, FTP will validate the range from 5001 to 65535. To limit the range of this large port, you can use the IIS Management Utility Adsutil. vbs.
Cd c: InetpubAdminScripts
Adsutil. vbs set/MSFTPSVC/PassivePortRange "8900-8909" (for example, open the specified 10 ports)
Restart the FTP service
Note: If the firewall is enabled, you must add the above ports.
