Change the MySQL database case-insensitive table name

Today depressed died, in the Linux down a program old said can't find the table, but I was clearly built the table, in the MySQL command line can also be found, why the program could not find the table?

Later consulted a teacher only to fix, the original is Linux under the default is to distinguish the table name case, hey, get so old, killed me.

The way MySQL makes the case for table names is simple:

1. Log in with root, modify/ETC/MY.CNF

2. Add a line under [mysqld]: Lower_case_table_names=1

3. Restart the database.
