Change the NIC mode of the VM from the NAT mode to the Bridge Mode.

1) shut down the VM
# Virsh shutdown VM1
2) edit the VM configuration file
# Virsh edit VM1

<SourceNetwork = 'default'/> Change to <SourceBridge = 'br0'/>

</Interface>
Save and exit
3) Start the VM
# Virsh start VM1
